Event Planning Pricing

We will help finalize details, confirm vendors and oversee all day of activities including the rehearsal. Included in this package are two planning sessions, a final venue walk through the week of the wedding, primary contact for all of your vendors the week of the wedding, Rehearsal coordination, timeline and budget sheet plan, on the wedding site for nine hours, retrieve wedding gifts and cards and load into correct vehicle, and a bridal emergency kit. 

This option is perfect for the bride that has done little planning but needs help finalizing. Included in this package is everything in the day of wedding coordination package along with, four planning sessions, four hours on site decoration and design for the rehearsal dinner, twelve hours on site for the day of the wedding, one additional assistant strictly for the bride and bridesmaids while getting ready the day of, a personal design board creation, and day of wedding coordination. 

This package is for the bride that needs everything to the bridal luncheon planning and coordination, reception planning and decorating, rehearsal dinner planning and decorating, ceremony coordination. This package is a full wedding planning package that includes both the previous packages along with, six planning sessions, up to sixteen hours of decorating, organizing, and after reception clean-up, and attendance to all vendor meetings.

This plan is perfect when  planning a baby shower, anniversary party, or retirement party. This includes two planning sessions, primary contact for vendors, record gifts and place in safe place, four hours of decorating the day of and one hour clean-up after party.
